Highway to Hell

Speed is king, I said this before, when it comes to finding a job. And nothing can be faster than clicking the ‘Easy Apply’ button with your generic resume saved at LinkedIn.

Livin' easy / Lovin' free / Season ticket on a one way ride

Lots of people also seem to think so. According to statistics, an Easy Apply job receives 3-4 times as many job applications than those postings that redirect to an external career site, well above 800 submissions on average.

No stop signs / Speed limit / Nobody's gonna slow me down

Why do you think this is? You guessed it: because it’s easy. You upload your CV once, maybe after spending a couple of hours polishing it. That’s all it takes, and after that, all you have to do is click Easy Apply again and again.

Don't need reason / Don't need rhyme

But there is a catch – you don’t stand out of the crowd, unless you get really lucky. You make the crowd. The CV that you worked on for hours may be well balanced to suit most jobs on a general level, but is not talking the language this one job expects. It’s not highlighting why you are who they are looking for, it leaves it to them to figure it out. They may – but statistics say, the chances are slim. 3 CVs out of 100 get in front of a human, and out of those three, only one single person will get to talk to someone.

Hey mumma / Look at me / I'm on the way to the promised land

To beat these odds, Tablah will generate a CV for you that does talk the language of the job posting. Using your Vault of experiences, it weaves their expectations into your own narrative, showing how you are what they are looking for, increasing your chance to get through. Whether you’re using the Tablah web application or the mobile, after being notified of the opportunity, you can complete your tailored, reviewed resume within minutes. Ready to submit. (“Takin' everythin' in my stride”)

And I'm goin' down / All the way

That turf is hard to play on, so you need all the tools you can get.
